- 基础网站、landing page、FAQ、onboarding 页面的搭建与更新
- 素材整理、品牌门面、月度沟通与小结
- 面向从业者的沟通与表达培训支持（如何把通识讲清楚）
- 运营层面的小任务支持（每月一定额度）
OUT OF SCOPE 不包括 / 不做
- 保险、税务、法律、投资建议或产品评判、排序、挑选
- 任何收益、获客、增长、核保、省税或回报的承诺
- 不参与招募、增员、团队发展物料；不制作佣金/分成宣传或收入诱导文案
- 面向终端客户发布金融教育内容（属后续阶段，须先过律师复核）
- 大型网站重做、CRM、全托管代运营、视频剪辑、广告投放、当日加急
- 留存终端客户的敏感财务数据
② 谁来复核 / Who reviews
- 所有涉及保险 / 税务 / 退休 / 年金 / 投资的草稿一律标记为 DRAFT，在发布前须由客户方持牌专业人士（持牌顾问 / CPA / 律师 / 注册代表）复核与签字。
- AI 生成内容不自动发布；必经人工复核这一关。
- LIGHT HOPE 不替客户对任何具体金融产品下结论——判断型问题一律指向客户方持牌人。
