几条让合作清清爽爽的约定。订阅时勾选同意即可；如需更正式的合同文本，我们也乐意配合双方律师补充。
A few simple terms to keep things clear. You agree to these when you subscribe; we're happy to add a fuller contract with counsel if you'd like.
协议条款 / Agreement terms
1 · 持牌复核 / Licensed review
所有涉及保险、税务、退休、年金或投资的内容均为草稿（DRAFT），须由客户方
持牌专业人士（持牌顾问 / CPA / 律师 / 注册代表）复核并签字后方可发布；AI 生成内容不自动发布。
All insurance, tax, retirement, annuity or investment content is DRAFT and must be reviewed and signed off by the client's licensed professional before publication. AI output is never auto-published.
2 · 零承诺 / No guarantee
LIGHT HOPE
不承诺任何销售、获客、收入、省税、投资回报、保险核保、业务增长或社媒表现（
no guarantee / does not guarantee）。服务交付的是内容与网站工艺本身。
LIGHT HOPE does not guarantee sales, leads, income, tax savings, investment return, underwriting, growth or social performance. The deliverable is content and website craft itself.
3 · 独立承包商 / Independent contractor
LIGHT HOPE LLC 以
独立承包商（independent contractor）身份提供服务，双方不构成雇佣、合伙或代理关系。
LIGHT HOPE LLC serves as an independent contractor; nothing herein creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship.
4 · 无官方关联 / No official tie
LIGHT HOPE 与 WFG、Transamerica 及任何保险 / 金融机构
无官方关联、无授权、无代表关系，且不在任何交付物中表达或暗示此类关联。
LIGHT HOPE holds no official tie, authorization, or representative status with WFG, Transamerica, or any insurance / financial organization, and implies none in any deliverable.
订阅时勾选「同意《服务条款》」即视为接受以上条款。如需更正式的合同或 e-签名（DocuSign 等），随时告诉我们。
Checking "I agree to the Terms" at subscription means you accept the above. Want a formal contract or e-signature (DocuSign)? Just ask.
